RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@thechioshop.com within 14 calendar days of the date you received the package. Once you notify us of your intention and reason for the return, we will send you a return authorization number. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 30 calendar days of obtaining the return authorization number. We require that all returns are made through a secure and trackable method. We are not responsible for items that become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment.
Once your returned merchandise has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets the return conditions. We will notify you via e-mail whether your return has been accepted or rejected. For accepted returns, The Chio Shop will refund your purchase after receiving the item(s). Please note that the refund timeline depends on the payment method used for the purchase and may depend on the credit card company’s policies.
To receive a refund, the purchased items must be unused and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached. The purchase price will be refunded, excluding any additional expedited shipping fees.
