Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding nationally observed U.S. holidays) are typically processed within 1-3 business days. In the unlikely case of a discrepancy between thechioshop.com inventory and our actual inventory, resulting in your item being out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail of the available options. All processing times are estimated and are subject to change.

Domestic standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $300. If you select complimentary shipping, your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days from the day it ships. During check-out, you will have the option to select from a range of expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The above shipping options may be impacted if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. The Chio Shop does not currently ship internationally.
